The source of the claims is based on the news published on the official website of Chinese Global Television Network (CGTN), in which Zhang Hanhui, the Chinese ambassador to Russia, said Chinese and Russian scientists made progress in developing a vaccine for the virus.
The statement on the official website of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China is that the studies for developing a vaccine for the Covid-19 are being conducted at a few different points and in collaboration with other countries, and the clinical research can be made in April at the earliest.
The content written by Wang Huimin mentions Zhang Gaiping and his team have made great progress in developing the vaccine, but they need time for the last phase.
Also, the World Health Organization and USA Centers for Disease Control and Prevention explained any drug or vaccine for the disease has not been found yet on their websites.
