She graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Business Administration. She worked as a project assistant and finance officer in projects supported by international funds in non-governmental organizations in the field of asylum-seeker and refugee rights. She carried out budget preparation and controlling, reporting, logistics, procurement and all financial processes of projects.
