He has a BA degree in Sociology at Istanbul University, MA degree in Cultural Studies at Istanbul Bilgi University. He contributed to journalism efforts at BirGün and Diken with editor and senior editor titles. Then he worked as a corporate communication specialist for NGOs and the private sector. His news stories and reviews have been published on various platforms in Turkish and English. He is also the founder of Monokrom, a weekly online newsletter, and board member of Ekosfer Association aims to combat the climate crisis.
